Risolì was born in Lumezzane in the early sixties. Alfredo Montini, the founder, began the activity as cookware manufacturer by producing bespoke cast aluminum utensils, pans and pots of high thickness (6-8 mm) featuring avant-garde scratchproof nonstick coatings (in 1978 he was among the first to collaborate with DuPont).

The corporate management was flanked later by the second generation of the family, with the sons Andrea and Cristina. Risolì today proposes cooking tools in die-cast aluminum with innovative non-stick coatings. The entire production line is Made in Italy, from the raw material to the finished product.

Production

Into the building of 10.000 square mt. are realized all the production steps as from the raw material till the product finished.

Every step of the production process is realized with the assurance of the constant control.

This special attention to detail allows the development of important design elements with the creation of unique pieces in melting.

The exclusive use of die-cast aluminum (certified raw material for food use) allows to obtain cooking tools with an excellent and constant heat distribution as well as a high resistance to different cooking methods.

The die-cast aluminum is coated with three layers of safe and certificated scratch resistant and nonstick material, pfoa free and nickel free.

The finishing is by hand by diamond turning the under-sides.

Products

Le Pignatte is the last line launched on the market by Risolì: in a limited edition, it changes the tradition of the casserole by using modern materials such as strong and lightweight die-cast aluminum for both side the base and the lid and by using it with the new nonstick coating Profile on the entire surface.

Especially suitable for slow cooking, they can be used on all heat sources including induction.
